Winery The winery Jean Collet, founded in 1952, later welcomed the addition of son Gilles, leading to the name Jean Collet & Fils. Located in the heart of Chablis, the cellars are situated on the best slopes along both the left and right banks of the Serein river. The estate covers 37 hectares, divided into Chablis Grand Cru (0.51 ha), Chablis Premier Cru (17.71 ha), Chablis (16.4 ha), and Petit Chablis (1.65 ha). The estate's philosophy is based on the "lutte raisonnée" principle, where the vines are cultivated responsibly to showcase the unique terroir.
